Frustration

I have been a customer for near 3 years. When store was open,walk in get what you want. Done!!
Now this on line crap is ridiculous, have to keep entering info over and over along with changing pass word over an over.
A customer service phone number to order would be simpler.
As far as flavor...nothing better out there.
Love it.
